Product Care

• Cleaning: During the winter months, you may find that your aluminium frames collect dust and dirt if exposed outside or kept in storage. These frames can easily be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge, then rinsed with a hose. Be sure to leave it to air dry or towel dry. Do Not Pressure wash!
• For any bird droppings or other stuck-on stains, Do Not use hard abrasive cleaners, as a metal wool scouring pad may remove the powder coating.
• If cushions get soaked through, they can be prone to minor mould growth. The cushion covers are removable and can be gently washed with hot, soapy water and non-bleach based furniture cleaner. Allow them to fully dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• The glass, similar to the aluminium frame, is likely to collect dirt or dust and may also get water drying marks. This can be cleaned with any household window cleaner, wiping away any residue. Do not clean the firepit glass immediately after use; allow the table and glass to fully cool. (If purchasing an applicable set).

Long Term Care

Over time, minor chips in the powder coating can occur due to furniture movement or handling. To prevent water ingress and further flaking, you can seal these chips with an appropriately coloured outdoor metal paint.
